The Austrian Ecolabel was awarded by the Federal Ministry for Climate Action, Environment, Energy, Mobility, Infrastructure and Technology for the "IFA AG | 6.5% Sustainability Bond 2024-2029" because ecological and social criteria are taken into account in addition to economic criteria when selecting bonds or projects financed by green bonds. The eco-label guarantees that these criteria and their implementation are suitable for selecting appropriate bonds. This has been verified by an independent body. The award of the Ecolabel does not constitute an economic assessment and does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about the future performance of the financial product. There are many products on the market with a wide variety of sustainability promises. By obtaining the UZ 49, the aim is to have the sustainability element of the partial debentures verified by a qualified inspection body. However, for the purpose of investing in a bond that is also used for sustainable purposes, among other things, potential Investors investors should check the relevance of this information themselves and consider it together with all other circumstances that may be considered material after a corresponding review. In particular, the Issuer gives no assurance that an investment in the Bonds in question will comply with any investment criteria or guidelines that such Bondholders or their investments may be required to comply with, whether by present or future applicable laws or regulations or by their own articles of association or other applicable rules, in particular with regard to direct or indirect environmental or sustainability impacts of projects or uses that are the subject of sustainable purposes or are related to sustainable purposes. For further information on profit allowance and pension provisions and whether a claim actually exists, please contact your tax advisor. Bondholders are responsible for claiming the profit allowance and pension provision themselves and the issuer assumes no liability for this.
